Off-topic: Declaration of Support for Space Exploration

Dear rp-ml members:

Some critics are calling for the end of human space exploration. Show your
support for our efforts to explore the universe by signing the petition
today so the White House, Congress, NASA, and other key leaders know that
public support remains strong.
