Anyone using Integra Services for their SLS machine?

All,
I was wondering if you could provide me with some feedback on your experiences
(Pros/Cons) with Integra Services? We have a 2500+ that we may consider having
them service after our current contract runs out. If you have thoughts or
comments on their services versus 3D Systems, I would greatly appreciate it if
you would share that with me.
