VALENCIA, Calif. (Dow Jones)--3D Systems Corp. won't file its Form 10-K
Tuesday, because its 2002 audit remains unfinished.
This will cause the company to miss the Securities and Exchange Commission
deadline for filing for the period as well as the listing requirements of
the Nasdaq Stock Market (News - Websites).

In a press release Tuesday, the company said it intends to file a Form 8-K
later this week or next week, which will contain "as much of its 10-K as
possible at that time."

Trading of 3D Systems stock was halted Tuesday morning. Shares closed Monday
at $4.64, down 18 cents, or 3.7%.
