You are not specifying elastomer or rigid or a Shore hardness, but Hapco,
BJB, Vantico and others usually have a short list of materials that have
been approved, by the end user. They are not certifying their materials but
will usually state that a customer has received approval of a specific
material for a specific use. Hapco has a line of FDA materials.

Subject: Casting Materials
Hello List...
Can anyone recommend a thermoset urethane for casting prototypes which
is, or can be FDA and NSF approved? Any suggestions will be greatly
appreciated!
Thanks,
