You donīt need IBM , you better go directly the USPTO data base. it is
free too and the best place to review patents and trademarks or even protect
your ideas ON LINE!!!

patent database www.patents.ibm.com/ is no longer free, they have done a
deal with Delphion. Is anyone aware of an alternate patent database?
