Thought I could attach an image for that last post.
In the top middle of the figure is the place where the shape comes together
to essentially two lines in a "X" (this would be a section through the
middle of the part in the Z Axis).
I think the part was placed in the machine in a vertical manner (right/up -
left/down), so the gapped portion on the left appears to have "sagged" due
to gravity while the portion to the right appears to have been able to meet
right up with this "X" line (where the shape comes to "zero wall
thickness").
I've got enough parts like this to want to address the issue up front.
