That looks like a color agent added to the powder. You can buy that stuff
pretty cheap, it just contaminates a whole lot of powder. It's the same
stuff that is used in injection molding.

Now I've dyed parts before, both hot dye and spray on.
I've also heard about people who have applications in which they color their
powder before it is sintered.
(flesh tones for instance)

Anyone happen to know what 3T is doing?
