FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, USA, October 9, 2003 -- Wohlers Associates, Inc., a 17-year old independent consulting firm, is supporting the leading conference on rapid product development in South Africa. The event, titled the 4th Annual International Conference on Rapid Product Development, is scheduled for November 5-6, 2003, in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The conference will focus on the automotive industry with presentations from top national experts in rapid prototyping, tooling, and manufacturing.

Industry consultant, analyst, and author Terry Wohlers, founder and president of Wohlers Associates, will serve as the keynote speaker of the conference. This marks the fourth consecutive year for Wohlers to support the event and serve as keynote speaker. "My continued involvement with the wonderful people of South Africa is a privilege," Wohlers said. "The South Africans are creative, resourceful, and among the most gracious hosts in the world." This year, Wohlers will also participate in a pre-conference management workshop on November 4 with Dr. Deon de Beer of Technikon Free State in Bloemfontein.
