[rp-ml] Impact Factor for the Rapid Prototyping Journal

Dear Colleagues

I am very pleased to announce that the Rapid Prototyping Journal has now
been given an impact factor by the ISI. The impact factor for 2003 is 0.836,
an encouraging level which is a great reflection on the journal's quality
and scope.

I hope that the assignment of this impact factor will encourage more
researchers to consider publication in the RPJ.
