[rp-ml] SLA BuildStation software

If there's anybody left here on the RP-ML I have a question for you.

I've loaded BuildStation 5.1 on to a new Win2000 machine under
administrator. The program runs fine. When I switch to a different
user and run the program I get the follow series of errors:
        DSP (DSX) Error
        Error Opening DSP Interface
        Software failed to detect necessary hardware, so it will continue as a
desktop installation. Re-install as "desktop" for desktop Installations.
        Could not open configuration database. Software installation is corrupt.
        Program initialization failed
Program ends.

I've given the user Admin privilege for this program but it doesn't seem
to help.

Any ideas?
