[rp-ml] Need Help with chip date

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to use the Programmable Zener Voltage Reference [Zener]function of a Harris _ICL8212CPA_ chip. The several sites I found with data sheets use the same source. Figure 33 shows the Zener function hook-up, but it is either incomplete, or has an error. http://www.datasheetarchive.com/semiconductors/pdfdatasheet.php?Datasheet=916908

There is a wire apparently shorting 5 uF capacitor, across the "V-zener". I need to know where the lower end of the capacitor & wire should go, as both cannot go to ground. There is no connection dot shown, so both leads may only _cross_ ground bus.
]
I only have one 8212, and with the Threshold limited to 1.19V & 0.25 uA, it is a sensitive circuit. I don't want a destructive "smoke test". I am using a single 19V power supply, and the Zener voltage will be set at 13.75V, which will be used as reference voltage in a Mosfet 3240 voltage comparator circuit.

Thanks for help, either direct or redirecting me
