Ruggero et al,

According to their web site, CAM-LEM will freeform fab parts in a variety of
ceramic materials on a contract basis. The URL is http://www.camlem.com/.
Another route you could investigate would be powder injection molding using
rapid tooling for the molds. Just for fun, we did that with nice results a
few years ago using alumina blended with HDPE and a few other ingredients.
Debinding and sintering can be tricky though.
