[rp-ml] Faceto3D creates an 3D STL file to honor the 38th President of the US

We have created an STL file of Gerald Ford from one of the pictures we found
of him on the Internet. In honor of his services to the United States as
the 38th President, we are offering this file for free to anyone on the list
