[rp-ml] FDM 2000 help (material peeling away from foam)

I am attempting to get a FDM 2000 up and running and am having issues
getting the support and model material to stick to the foam substrate.

When the second layer is put down, it pulls away the first layer away
from the foam. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
