I do not know if you have a Cintas Uniform Company near you but they have a
parts washer now that uses microbes to "eat" the oils and provides no waste
to dispose of other than soapy water. The washer is serviced by them for $30
per week and it works great. They stop in to change filter material which
has the live microbes in it and check for the soapy chemical they use in the
"bath". This is the same technology used on oil spills in the ocean.

Try a washer made by Graymills model TC2420L. These washers are not
Stainless, but a 20 inch platform will fit. Very compact washer uses less
solvent to fill.

Hi Lisa,
The Ramco parts washers are definitely expensive but well worth the
investment. As for using alcohol in a parts washer - Don't. I would not
recommend it and I'm sure your local fire marshal would say the same thing.
You should look at using TPM or Polyflush. We switched to Polyflush several
years ago and have been very happy with the results. You can purchase it
through Dynaloy at 800-669-5709. The cost is about $800 per 55 gallon drum.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any additional
questions.
Good luck,

Subject: [rp-ml] Parts washer needed
Hello all,
We just purchased a SLA 5000 from 3d systems. We are in need of a parts
washer. I have received quotes from Ramco & Safety Kleen and I was
definitely in sticker shock! Anyone know of any GOOD CONDITION used ones
out there, or somewhere else we could look for a parts washer?
We will be using alcohol in it, and it needs to have a cleaning area minimum
of 20" x 20" and a depth of 16"-20"
Please let me know as soon as you can, as we are in need now!
Thank you for you time.
Lisa
