[rp-ml] RP process that emphasizes model edges

Can anyone on the list suggest a material or process that would produce
a model with edges that can be very clearly seen and analyzed?

Is there processing software that would actually add a ridge or incision
along an edge to emphasize this aspect of the model?

I've got a QuickCast model here that is spray painted silver and it does
a pretty solid job but I'd like to see if there is anything further I
can pursue in these respects.

The model is 5" x 5" x 5".

Most Sincerely,

Jonathan
