[rp-ml] zscan problem

Dear Zscanner users,
I receive an error message while press recording scan telling me that:"the
current operation must be stoped because an internal error has occurred".I
saw troubleshooting for this problem.it refered me to see the connection
troubleshooter.what's this problem?
