You have to treat the upfacing surface as if you are doing a large flat
part. Multiple sweeps and more Z-wait until a short distance above the
upfacing surface. This is true no matter the area of an upfacing surface.
More surface area would require more sweeping and longer Z-waits.

Supports on upfacing surfaces are the same style as on the downfacing
surfaces and are more tenuous. If the new resin layer is not perfectly laid
down then you will lose the first layers and result in the builds that you
see.
