[rp-ml] Universal Joint Design Build (build webcam)

I have a current Client that has a webcam for the design and build
project that I'm currently building for them. We'll be erecting steel
and should have a 21 foot (3 meter) cantilever for this 2300 square foot
residence in the coming weeks. He works for Frog Design and it is a
tight and tidy package.

I've done a couple of interesting tenant finish-outs and would like to
focus on gaming, product design and rp firms for
similar needs as well as new buildings/manufacturing facilities.

The link between architecture and rp is definitely there, but some
aspects are not immediately obvious. Thought it might be of interest.
