Undoubtly, different companies have different emphasis' on service.
While having an extensive service is comfortable to the customer, the
picture changes if you realise the customer effectively has to pay
this service.

In times of lower economy customers probably tend to have less money,
but more time at hand. This makes the low service - good quality
manufacturers look better.
