[rp-ml] surface from points

dear list
i have a comma delimited text file of a large number of points from a manual
scan of a the interior and exterior of a 36" diameter silo shaped object that i
am trying to develop a pair of surfaces or a solid from. i need the surfaces to
follow the points exactly since the end result will be an fea analysis of the
silo. any suggestions?
