RES: [rp-ml] teaching of additive manufacturing technologies

I´ve been recently in Germany due my doctorate and at RWTH University in
Aachen they are using a book from Prof. Andreas Gebhard.
“Generative Fertigungsverfahren. Rapid Prototyping. Rapid Tooling, Rapid
Manufacturing: Rapid Prototyping - Rapid Tooling - Rapid Manufacturing”

It is a very nice and complete book.

We are an institution of superior education and we are getting deeper
into additive manufacturing technologies teaching at graduation and
under graduation classes.
 
We would like to have some information about what are other universities
doing worldwide. Are they offering such classes? How deep are they
going? How much time are they using?
