I thought I would add that there is a user out there who is molding ABS
and PC at 410F in molds produced on a 3D Systems ProJet machine. We
have a ProJet HD 3000 in-house running the VisiJet EX200 material.

Andy, we have produced molds in SLS GF nylon and LaserForm ST-100 that
have been used successfully for injection molding. One of our customers
actually molded 25 pieces of Polycarbonate shot at 600 F in a GF nylon
mold we built, though I wouldn't be bold enough to say that would work
on a broad basis.

What are RP systems will allow us to produce molds that can tolerate a
low pressure injection of a polymer at 325 degrees F?
