If you can make a cheap mould, something like aluminium or iron filled epoxy might do what you are looking for

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to find a way to manufacture a part that is 1 inch by 2 inches and has minimal flexing of the material. Trying to keep material cost under $5 per part.

Looked at objet and dimension machines, but the part flexes too much.

Are there hardening techniques that can be used for some of the machines out there without losing accuracy?
