RE: [rp-ml] Problems with Dimension SST?

Hi everyone,
First of all, thanks to all of you - I'm trying to keep conversation
simple so I'm not replying to everyone individually, all opinions and
tips are however appreciated.

I think Ted Anderson (and others) might be on to something with the
humidity thing. We do have the washing unit in the same room and it's
creating a LOT of humidity - and thanks to that (and the heat) guys
at the office like to shut the door of the room. This creates a
pretty warm and humid enviroment... I think this is something we will
look into, we'll measure the humidity and get a drying unit in the
room, let's see what happens.

About the othe tips and ideas - well, the material batch is not old
and this has actually occured with more than one cassette from
different order batches. We have talked with our reseller saying the
material has changed - but they say there's nothing wrong. But
something in the formula or the way of storing must have changed - we
have printed with the same setup for close to five years now and these
problems only started to occur last spring. Before that - nothing. Our
Dimension has actually been mor reliable than our 2D-printer. I think
I've done only one or two minor fixes during the years.

I've tried Bolsons 3rd party material also, but since they don't have
soluble support available I'm ordering only OEM stuff at the moment.
If anyone has another source for soluble support, I'm also willing to
give that a try.

Greetings and thanks to all,
Juha Suokas
