Is your beam diameter smaller? Have you taken that into consideration?

Subject: [rp-ml] SLA 250 Quickcast hatching

We are running into an issue with our SLA250 building Quickcast patterns
using a high-res laser.

The skins are building fine but the hatching (honeycomb) doesn't build
correctly (all broken up in the pattern). We've tried different settings
for hatch spacing, offset, overcure, etc. but can't seem to get the hatch to
build correctly. We've cleaned the zepher blade.

Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?
