[rp-ml] Cost of Parts Produced on a REPRAP or equivalent

We are trying to cost compare making small ABS parts (2"x1.3"x.5" with a
weight of 10 grams) using a REPRAP or equivalent RP system to injection
molding.
 
Quantities of interest are 100, 1000,and 10000
 
Does any one on the list have experience with this type of comparison using
 REPRAP
performance.
