Looking for scanner suggestions for scanning mostly flat objects

Hello:

     First, thank you Seppo for administrating this list.

     I am looking for suggestions for a reasonably priced 3d scanner that
can scan large mostly flat objects. My ideal solution would be something
that could scan objects 12X12 inches and up to 1 inch high; 30X30CM by 2.5CM
high. I need a high enough resolution to detect braille dots. Speed is not
important, but I don't want to take a week to scan an object either. Thank
you for any suggestions.
