Hi Tristan.
I have not gone deep into medical applications, but i have given it a
thought.
Can you be more specific about your plans so we can have a better idea of
what are you thinking?
Are you thinking on something more into the bioengineering, like pore sizes
on bone ingrowth, like proposed by Bradley? Or are you thinking on
something more into the human sciences? To what PhD program are you
applying?

For now, as we don't know exactly. I will give you two ideas.
Into the bioengineering: Material and processes aspects that affect implant
rejection or acceptance and wound healing.

Into the human sciences: How the knowledge about the problem (promoted by
AM models and stuff) affects the success of the treatment.

Please keep the discussion going.
