Our method at Paramount:
365 days /yr - normal company holidays (9) x hours per day (maximum 20
hours) - normal scheduled maintenance (2x /yr x 2 days).
365 dys - 9 dys = 356 dys x 20 hrs = 7120 hrs - 96 hrs = 7024 @100%

I was wondering what the industry standard is for machine hours
have been using 400 hours per month to gage ours. What I take into
consideration is the amount of down time due to service calls, software
upgrades, etc. So at 400 hour I view each of my machines as at 100%
Do any of you fine folks out there have a feel for how many hours a
your machine needs to run to be considered "At Capacity"?
