Thanks to mr. bill gates.....whom has made microsoft word to be in the
cohesive environment with windows 95/nt.

one way to prevent the macros in word or even excel worksheets is to
convert the winword format to rtf possibly.

for winword documents convert it to "rtf" rich test format...you can still
have some of your tables and formatting preserve but not the macros.

for excel....well i dont have a good suggestion yet...but the best is
convert it to dbf unless there are formulas in there try some thing else.

one trend is that all these macros work the same as any function calls in
windows 95/nt....so converting to some other people format does help.
