For Immediate Release
Rapid-Discussion.com announces a new web site format to make visits to its page more productive.
New Hampton, IA, June 7th, 2000 - Rapid-Discussion.com (http://www.rapid-discussion.com) announced today a new format for its web site. These changes will help increase the productivity of visitors to the site and adds many new features not available in the past. These include automated posting of site links, automated posting of classified ads, a local search engine, and a new discussion group.
These improvements according to Travis Behara "will make Rapid-discussion.com one of the best resources for RP and RT information on the web today". The automated process of adding links and posting classified ads will make postings instantaneous. Therefore eliminating the time it took to get an ad or link posted in the past. This will also allow users to edit or update their posting at anytime they need, without the intervention of the Rapid-Discussion.com staff. The addition of the local site search will help visitors find the information they need quickly and accurately. The new discussion group allows users to edit their postings, add icons to identify themselves and receive an e-mail notification when someone responds to their posting. The discussion group is also more reliable then the previous version.
Travis Behara created rapid-Discussion.com in August 1999. It was created according to Mr. Behara "because of the lack of one spot to get complete and current Rapid Prototyping and Tooling Information on the web."
Rapid-discussion.com offers its visitors a discussion group for posting of questions for other RP and RT professionals to respond to. The latest RP and RT news, a links page directing visitors to RP providers, RP machine manufactures, RP software producers and other RP informational web sites. And a classified ad section where visitors can post for free a fifty word ad in the areas of New and Used RP equipment, service providers, and Job opportunities.
