Please give me a call.

Here at Vintage Industries, we have used Materialise's software for over
the last 4 years. It has allowed us to have one piece of software to
quote from, repair and manipulate STL files, prepare parts for the
ThermoJet, build conventional molds, build Nickel Composite Tools (NCT™
- patent pending), and compare molded parts to their critical

Currently we are averaging 1 to 1 1/2 molds per week, using a 1/2 time
Mold Designer, and 4 Tool&Die makers. The mold complexities have
ranged from a simple open and close tool, to a core and cavity with 4
hand-loaded inserts, and finally to a multi-cavity production tool with
slides. The mold materials have ranged from aluminum, to P-20, to
nickel, and up to 420 stainless steel. The molded parts have ranged in
size from a 0.020" detailed button, to a cookie cutter, to a monitor
bezel, and up to a gun stock. We typically build prototype/bridge
tooling in around 3 to 4 weeks, and production tooling in around 6 to 8
weeks. On occasion, we have built a tool in a day, and high cavitation
tooling in 12 to 16 weeks.

With Materialise's software coupled with Metsoft's VisualMill, mistakes
have been minimized, and mold building time has been reduced.
