This sounds fascinating! But I have a dumb question....
Why would you want to insert a component into an SLA model if it is to be comecompletely embedded in the part? I must be missing the point.
We've had success in making SLA molds to produce Urethane castings. Some of these are insert castings, in which we'll partially embed a component of a different material into the casting....sort of a poor man's quick and dirty 2-shot molded part.
But based on the description you've given , the insert is totally embedded in the host SLA part.
What applications are you using these SLA's with Inserts for?
