Are there any users of RP technology that can say "company "X" provides the
best customer service"??

How many RP manufacturers expect to survive based solely on the technology
and not service??

Are the economic woes affecting U.S. RP manufacturers causing them to wish
for a "bailout" plan?

I'm curious to know what others think?
