Is the .stl output an extra you have to buy from catia

We're currently using Catia version 4.1.6 and I believe the cost for the STL
license is $6,500 (Yeah, it's real pricey but that's Dassault/IBM for you)
but from what I understand in the newer versions (4.1.9 and higher) it comes
as a standard function with a floating license.
