Wayne - You should definitely contact Shellcast Castings in Montreal. They
have been doing prototype MIL castings since 1989. They are one of the only
foundries that will give you a full blown MIL casting (from prototype
patterns) to all MIL specs & include X-ray, LPI, physical & chemical analysis.
Shellcast has worked with all of the different processes out there as well as
a variety of soft tooling - hard tooling techniques.
You can call Salim Kahn at Shellcast (514) 322-3760 or check them out at

Good luck!
