My company uses the LOM system, our own equipment and materials to produce
research-related bioceramic models directly based on STL files generated
from patient-supplied CAT scan data. We have produced from high-density to
scaffold structures. Biomaterials that we work with include alumina,
zirconia, hydroxyapatite, and tricalcium phosphate.
The equipment and material to conduct research in this area is available
from our company. We can also conduct the research or produce the models at
our facility.
