Plastic Container Source Needed

I need to find a source for a disposable container to act as packaging for
oil filters, similar to the tubs you purchase butter in. We are open to
plastic thermoforming, blow molding, and injection molding, but source must
have experience with these containers, be ISO9000 or QS9000 compliant for
production, and be able to turn the project around rapidly for prototypes.
