I use this process for my own work (cf. galaxycrystal.com), and
have a pretty good layman's understanding of what it does; call if
you'd like to discuss. There are various websites and suppliers for
the process out there. If you're looking to get started with a few
one-offs, Lazart.com is one of the friendlier places.
